The TiltWatch XTR is a packaging indicator that monitors goods that require upright positioning during transportation. It is designed to be used only once and serves as a tamper-proof device. If the product is tilted beyond 80º, it will visually signal by turning red.
Tamper-Proof Tilt Indicator
Normal handling movements will not activate the packaging indicator. To enhance visibility, companion labels and alert stickers can be used with the tilt indicator. The packaging sensor is activated by removing the adhesive backing from the indicator.
If the cargo is tilted more than 80° or completely overturned, the sensor turns red, indicating it has exceeded the tilt limits. Once activated, avoid further tilting of the packaging.
