R.F. Screened For Equipment & Enclosures

R.F. Screened Humidity Indicators for Equipment & Enclosures are best suited to mount on moisture-sensitive electronic, electro-optic equipment or any humidity-controlled enclosure that requires EMC Shielding. These units detect changes in humidity by using a colour-changing indicator paper that turns from blue to pink when humidity increases and reverts to blue when the humidity decreases. These indicators can be fitted with a desiccant cartridge, also known as a static desiccator, to adsorb any moisture entering the equipment during usage.

These R.F. Screened Humidity Indicators for Equipment & Enclosures are available in several models:

BLD3722 (RIHP3M) – Humidity Indicator Plug

This M20 thread 30/50% R.H. Humidity Indicator Plug features spanner flats to fit into equipment easily. This unit can be used with a static desiccator such as the BLD1397. It also incorporates an alochromed thread for R.F. screening continuity.

BLD3723 (RIHP4M) – Humidity Indicator Plug

This M20 thread 15/30% R.H. Humidity Indicator Plug features spanner flats to fit into equipment easily. This unit can be used with a static desiccator such as the BLD1397. It also incorporates an alochromed thread for R.F. screening continuity.

BLD3724 (RIHP6M) – Humidity Indicator Plug

This M20 thread 30/50% R.H. Humidity Indicator Plug features spanner flats to fit into equipment easily. This unit can be used with a static desiccator such as the BLD1397. The plug also incorporates an alochromed thread for R.F. screening continuity.

BLD4857/01-04 – Humidity Indicator

This M8 thread split-level brass indicator incorporates spanner flats for easy fitting into equipment. It is a minimal compact unit that can be supplied with R.F. screening options when required.

BLD5000/01-05 – Humidity Indicator Plug

A ¾” pipe thread 30/50% R.H. Humidity Indicator Plug, this split-level Humidity Indicator features spanner flats for easy fitting into equipment such as a panel or flexible barrier bags with the use of the provided black nut. It also comes with natural threads R.F. screening continuity when required.

BLD11174 – Indicator Plug

A ½” UNF thread 20, 30 & 40% R.H. Indicator Plug for R.F. screening. The black anodised aluminium Humidity Indicator Plug features a glass window and alochromed thread for R.F. screening continuity, and it also incorporates a gasket, gasket retainer, and hex black nut. It is possible to install a container through a 0.515-inch (13.1 mm) diameter hole. This unit is available in single or multiple spot discs.

BLD8169

An M25 thread 15/30% split level stainless steel Humidity Indicator Plug, this unit features spanner flats to fit into equipment easily. It can also be painted, supplied with different R.H. levels when required, and combined with a static desiccator cartridge through the internal rear thread.

BLD9049

A 7/16 x 18 UNEF thread 20, 30, 40 & 50% R.H. four-level Humidity Indicator Plug, this unit can be panel-mounted with the provided black nut assembly. The threads are alochromed for R.F. screening continuity.

BLD9398

A ¾” U.N. thread 15/30% R.H. Humidity Indicator Plug, this split-level Humidity Indicator can be fitted using a square drive. It is a tiny compact unit and can be supplied with R.F. screening when required.
