High-Speed Autobag Packaging System
This automatic bagging system operates safely with minimal moving parts, eliminating the need for light curtains or double-palm switches. Its open bag design allows unobstructed access, making the packaging process faster, reducing costs, and improving uptime.
The automatic bagger offers an optional easy-load bag opener that efficiently opens large rectangular bags and seals them securely with a flat seal. It can cycle at speeds of up to 80 bags per minute using pre-opened bags on a roll.
Flexibility in Handling Small and Large Loads
The autobag bagger’s flexibility is evident in its ability to handle small loads as tiny as 2″ x 3″ and large loads up to 16″ x 32″ with the standard auto bag machine. The R3200 XL bagger accommodates up to 22″ x 36″ for even larger bags. The automatic baggers can be equipped with various options, printers, and feeding devices to maximise and automate the packaging process.
