Automatic Bulk Counting and Bagging System
The vision system is equipped with advanced mathematical algorithms that enable it to accurately count bulk parts ranging in size from 0.25″ to 1″, achieving an accuracy rate of up to 99.9%.
The autobag counting system can be integrated with the autobag bagger R1275 and the R3200 automatic baggers, enhancing functionality and efficiency. By utilising pre-opened bags on a roll, the system enables fast packaging speeds and swift bag size changeover, optimising productivity.
