ShockWatch Clip is a tamper-proof shock indicator that instantly turns red when an impact occurs, serving as a signal for inspection. The packaging indicator protects products up to 500 cubic feet in volume and 10,000 pounds in weight. The impact indicator can be used in applications in various industries, including automotive and truck parts, electronics, medical devices, photography, marine, security systems, furniture, and fixtures.
Three types of impact-indicating clips are available: single, double, and multi-G clips. The single clip consists of one ShockWatch tube, while the double ShockWatch clip includes two tubes, providing complete 360-degree detection. The multi-G clip combines three sensitivity levels into one unit, indicating low, medium, and high shock impact levels. This clip is particularly useful for determining package sensitivity during drop testing. The clips can be embedded into or attached to the exteriors of the products.
