Small Indicators For Equipment

These Small Indicators for Equipment are best suited to mount on moisture-sensitive electronic, electro-optic equipment or any humidity-controlled enclosure. These units detect changes in humidity by using a colour-changing indicator paper that turns from blue to pink when humidity increases and reverts to blue when the humidity decreases. These indicators can be fitted with a desiccant cartridge, also known as static desiccator, to adsorb any moisture entering the equipment during usage.

BLD2871 – Brass Indicator Plug

The M8 thread 10% R.H. Brass Indicator Plug is a single-level Brass (non-sparking) Humidity Indicator incorporated with spanner flats for easy fitting into equipment. This unit is small and compact and can be supplied with different R.H. levels when required.

BLD5107 – Humidity Indicator

This M8 thread 10% R.H. stainless steel Humidity Indicator Plug is incorporated with spanner flats for easy fitting into equipment. This unit is small and compact and can be supplied with different R.H. levels when required.

BLD4857/01-04 – Humidity Indicator

This M8 thread split-level brass Humidity Indicator is a non-sparking Humidity Indicator that incorporates spanner flats for easy fitting into equipment. Small and compact, this unit can be provided with R.F. screening when required.

BLD6344/02 Polycarbonate

This 30/50% R.H. level Humidity Indicator Plug is made from polycarbonate material to provide a low-cost, hard-wearing design. This unit has a black nut for various applications, including mounting onto barrier bags.

BLD11174 – Indicator Plug

½” UNF thread 20, 30 & 40% R.H. Indicator Plug for R.F. screening; this black anodised aluminium Humidity Indicator Plug features a glass window and alochrome thread for R.F. screening continuity. It also incorporates a gasket, gasket retainer, and hex black nut. It is possible to install a container through a 0.515-inch (13.1 mm) diameter hole. This unit is available in single or multiple spot discs.

BLD9186

A 1/2″ UNF thread brass 20, 30 & 40% R.H. Indicator Plug. This zinc-plated brass Humidity Indicator Plug features a glass window, allowing the contents of the container to be easily observed. In turn, it saves cost and improves productivity by eliminating the need to open packages for inspection. Furnished with a gasket, gasket retainer, and nut, installation can occur through a container’s 0.515-inch (13.1mm) diameter hole. This unit is available in single or multiple spot discs.

BLD9382/01

An M8 thread split-level stainless steel and painted indicator incorporate spanner flats for easy fitting into equipment. Small and compact, the unit can also be supplied with different R.H. levels when required.

BLD9398

A ¾” U.N. thread 15/30% R.H. Indicator Plug, this split-level Humidity Indicator can be fitted using a square drive. It is a tiny compact unit and can be supplied with R.F. screening when required.

Here in Stream Peak, we also supply a service kit as we recommend that the Humidity Indicator papers be replaced once every 3-5 years.
