Observation Windows and Panel Bushes

Observation Windows allow the contents of rigid and flexible containers to be easily observed by users, eliminating the time and cost of opening containers or packages for inspection and thereby enhancing work efficiency and productivity. On the other hand, Panel Bushes are incorporated into containers to easily remove humidity indicators or desiccators.

BLD2719/08-17 – Panel Bush

Various metric thread Panel Bush is used to mount desiccators and other items. This unit features a pivotal slot to stop movement and can be welded or bonded into position. It also allows desiccators and breathers to be removed and refilled while eliminating the need to open the containers they are installed onto.

BLD8210 – Mounting Flange

An M42 thread Mounting Flange is used to mount desiccators and other items. This unit features a retaining back nut and washer assembly for mounting into panels. It also allows desiccators and breathers to be removed and refilled while eliminating the need to open the containers they are installed onto.

BLD9291

A ¾” thread anodised aluminium Observation Window has a 0.55 inch (14mm) diameter non-breakable plastic viewing window that allows the contents of the container to be easily observed. In turn, it saves cost and improves productivity by eliminating the need to open packages for inspection. It also accepts TA378-HC-MHI Maximum Humidity Indicator Element or any of the standard MIL-I-26860 Color-Change Discs.

It is possible to install flexible barriers through a 1.05-inch (26mm) diameter hole. A nut and two gaskets are furnished. Rigid containers are also applicable by removing one gasket and removing the nut. NSN # 8145-01-166-9684. The BLD9291 is suitable for NEMA 1, 2, 3, 3R, 3S, 4, 5, 6, 12, 12K, and 13 enclosures and IP66/IP67 enclosures. Other NEMA or IP enclosures are also suitable depending on applications.

BLD9292

A 1.4375 UNEF thread anodised Observation Window, this unit has a 1.0 inch (25mm) diameter non-breakable plastic viewing window that allows the container’s content to be observed easily. Users save costs and improve productivity by eliminating the need to open packages for inspection. This unit also accepts TA384-HC-MHI Maximum Humidity Indicator Element or Other Color-Change Disc (single or split level).

It is possible to install flexible barriers through a 1.45-inch (37mm) diameter hole. A nut and two gaskets are furnished. Rigid containers are also applicable by removing one gasket and reversing the nut. The BLD9292 is suitable for NEMA 1, 2, 3, 3R, 3S, 4, 5, 6, 12, 12K, and 13 enclosures and IP66/IP67 enclosures. Other NEMA and IP enclosures are also applicable depending on the applications.
