Indicators For Equipment

Stream Peak offers a comprehensive range of Humidity and Electronic Indicator designed for mounting in moisture-sensitive electronic or electro-optic equipment or any other humidity-controlled enclosure. This equipment can detect humidity changes in the space monitored by using a colour-changing indicator paper that turns blue to pink when humidity rises, reverting to blue when humidity decreases. Most of these indicators are fitted with a desiccant cartridge, also known as a static desiccator, to adsorb any moisture entering the equipment during usage.

These Humidity and Electronic Indicators are available in several models:

R.H. Indicator Plug

A ¾” U.N. Thread 50% R.H. Indicator Plug, this single-level humidity indicator features a spanner flat for easy fitting into the equipment. It can also be used with a static desiccator such as BLD1077.

BLD1519 (IHP3M) – Humidity Indicator Plug

An M20 Thread 30/50% R.H. Humidity Indicator Plug, this split-level plug can be combined with a static indicator, such as BLD1397.

BLD1475 (SA1) – Humidity Indicator Plug

The ¾” UNS Thread 50% R.H. Humidity Indicator Plug is a single-level humidity indicator incorporated with spanner flats to fit into equipment easily. This tool can also be used with a static hand, such as BLD1397.

BLD30359/01-04 – Humidity Indicator Plug

An M25 Thread IHP8 & IHP9 Humidity Indicator Plug, this split-level humidity indicator plug incorporates spanner flats and knurled finish for easy fitting into equipment. It can be used with a static desiccant and supplied with a natural thread, allowing R.F. screening.

BLD1095 (IHP2) – Indicator Plug

A ¾” Whit Thread 50% R.H. Indicator Plug, this single-level humidity indicator features spanner flats to fit into the equipment easily. The indicator plug can be used with a static desiccator such as the BLD1077.

BLD2856 (IHP4M) – Humidity Indicator Plug

An M20 Thread 15/30% R.H. Humidity Indicator Plug, this split-level humidity indicator incorporates spanner flats for easy fitting into the equipment. It can also be used with a static desiccator such as the BLD1397.

BLD3058/01-04 – Humidity Indicator Plug

An M35 Thread IHP10 & IHP11 Humidity Indicator Plug, this split-level humidity indicator incorporates spanner flats and a knurled finish for easy fitting into equipment. It can be used with a static desiccant and supplied with a natural thread, allowing R.F. screening.

BLD3842/01-02 (Low Profile)

A 15/30 & 30/50% R.H. Indicator Plug, this split-level indicator incorporates a key slot for easy fitting into equipment. It can be used with a static desiccator and has a shallow profile; hence, it can sit flush and is protected from damage.

BLD6344/02 Polycarbonate

A 30/50% R.H. Level Indicator Plug is a split-level humidity indicator manufactured from polycarbonate to provide a hard-wearing, low-cost design. This plug is supplied with a black nut for various applications, including mounting into barrier bags.

BLD12826 – Desiccant Container Humidifier

A 10g Molecular Sieve Filled Unit is designed to provide an arid environment within the equipment. The filtration on this ensures its suitability for use in ultra-clean applications.

BLD7545/01-02

An M25 Thread Split Level Indicator is a split-level stainless steel humidity indicator with spanner flats and a knurled finish for easy fitting into equipment. It can be used with a static desiccator and is R.F. Screened.

BLD7460

A Threadless 30/50/70& R.H. Indicator Plug, this three-level humidity indicator incorporates a flange for fitting into equipment. It can be used with a static desiccator and has a shallow profile, so it sits flush, protecting it from damage.

BLD8169

An M25 Thread 15/30% R.H. stainless steel Indicator Plug, the split level stainless steel humidity indicator features spanner flats to fit into equipment easily. This unit can be supplied with different R.H. levels if required and painted. It can be used with a static desiccator cartridge through the internal rear thread.

Here in Stream Peak, we also supply a service kit as we recommend that the Humidity Indicator papers be replaced once every 3-5 years.
