Containers & Flexible Barriers

These Humidity Indicators for Containers & Flexible Barriers are best suited to mount on moisture-sensitive electronic, electro-optic equipment, flexible barriers, or any humidity-controlled enclosure. These units detect changes in the humidity by using a colour-changing indicator paper which turns from blue to pink when humidity increases and reverts to blue when the humidity decreases. We suggest using a desiccant port, silica gel, or molecular desiccant bags for additional desiccant protection.

BLD4331/01-03 – Humidity Indicator Plug

An indicator plug designed for various levels of R.H., this Humidity Indicator Plug can be supplied in either single or split-level variations. These units also incorporate spanner flats to allow easy fitting and provide a back nut for panel or barrier bag mounting.

BLD4332 – Humidity Indicator Plug

A 4-level Humidity Indicator Plug, incorporated with spanner flats for easy fitting into equipment, also comes with a black nut for panel or barrier bag mounting.

BLD5000/01-05 – Humidity Indicator Plug

It is a ¾” pipe thread 30/50% R.H. Humidity Indicator Plug. This unit incorporates spanner flats for easy fitting into equipment and easily fits into a panel or flexible barrier bag using the provided black nut. It also comes with natural threads for R.F. screening continuity.

BLD5413/01-04 – Humidity Indicator Plug

An indicator plug for various levels of R.H., this Humidity Indicator Plug can be supplied in either single or split-level variations. These units also incorporate spanner flats to allow easy fitting and provide a back nut for panel or barrier bag mounting.

BLD6344/02 Polycarbonate

A 30/50% R.H. level indicator plug, this split-level Humidity Indicator is made from polycarbonate material to ensure a hard-wearing design. This unit has a black nut for various applications, including mounting into barrier bags.

BLD3842/01-02 (Low Profile)

A 15/30 & 30/50% R.H. split level indicator plug, incorporated with a critical slot for easy fitting into equipment. It can also be used with a static desiccator and has a shallow profile, enabling it to sit flush and protect from damage.

A 20, 30, 40 and 50% R.H. level indicator plug, this Humidity Indicator comes in either single or split-level variations with spanner flats to allow easy fitting into equipment. It features a grove slot for easy fitting and a black nut for panel or barrier bag mounting. This unit is available in either black or clear.

BLD7941

A 20, 40 and 60% R.H. level indicator plug, this split level Humidity Indicator features a diamond knurl surface finish to fit into the equipment easily. The unit can be supplied with a black nut for panel or barrier bag mounting.

BLD9049

This 7/16 x 18 UNEF thread 20, 30, 40 and 50% R.H. four-level indicator plug comes with a black nut assembly, allowing it to be panel mounted. The threads are alochromed for R.F. screening continuity.
