Nitrogen Enhanced Purging System 1000 Pumped

NEPS1000 Pumped, a portable, self-contained nitrogen purging system, maximizes dry gas purging for field and workshop environments. Users can easily operate the device by connecting equipment to the system’s purge connection. Additionally, the self-contained pump fills with molecular sieves, eliminating the need for an extra gas supply.

Built-In Leak Testing Capabilities

The purging system features four built-in leak-testing capabilities that verify the equipment’s sealing standard. It performs pressure testing across a range of pressures from 10.3 Kpa to 34.4 Kpa, with a pressure leak-rate display resolution of 0.01 psi. The system’s dewpoint monitor displays Celsius, Fahrenheit, Kpa, or psi measurements.

The NEPS1000 Pumped operates in a single connection purging process, utilizing three selectable pressure cycles to ensure that dry gas reaches all space volumes within the equipment. Its dewpoint stat feature allows users to determine the equipment’s moisture content and develop optimized gas and purging procedures for production control. Users can use the remove dewpoint sensor option to monitor progress, switch off, and isolate dry gas once the selected dewpoint is achieved.

Data Logging and Analysis

Users can add data loggers for further data analysis, enabling monitoring of dewpoint degradation time. This feature facilitates calculating the water vapour transmission rate (WVTR) and determining the water removal rate during the initial purging phase.

The system supports global country voltages and frequencies ranging from 100 to 230 VAC at 50-60 Hz, and a 24VDC version is also available. The NEPS1000 Pumped is suitable for various applications, including optical instruments, image intensifiers, thermal imaging, underwater equipment, electronic housings, and surveillance instruments.
