VOC Filters And Cassettes
In commercial, residential, and industrial applications, highly porous activated charcoal or carbon filters VOCs. VOC air filters use a different filtration mechanism than particulate matter air filters. VOC Filters and Cassettes control systems are gas filters filled with chemical VOC adsorbents/media. Stream Peak offers these filtration products designed for easy handling and replacements. VOC Filters and Cassettes are also available in various models to cater to different air treatment applications.

It includes pre-filters, high-efficiency filters, absolute filters, and electrical filters.
Chemifilter
The Chemifilter is widely used inside air treatment units for industrial applications and is suitable for air deodorization and purifications in public buildings, hospitals, laboratory hoods, museums and archives, white/clean rooms, ships, hotels, restaurants, and many more. It is a standard frame gas filter incorporated with chemical media.
Cassettes
The AP12 and AP18 chemical filtration modules are rugged plastic housings containing chemical filtration pellets that offer excellent performance with low-pressure drops. These modules are designed to minimize maintenance time and reduce operational costs. It is also available in 4 different sizes to suit all applications and is designed for easy handling and replacement. They can be supplied pre-filled, directly from our production facilities, or refilled through the removable caps. The design of a system would determine which module users would require. Factors that are taken into consideration include:

| Alphablend 8A | This is our standard chemical media for this filter and consists of a blend of virgin activated carbon and Alphasorb 8, capable to remove a broad spectrum of malodorous and toxic compounds such as hydrogen sulfide, dimethyl sulfide, mercaptans, nitric oxide, formaldehyde, and VOC’s among others. |
