VOC Filter Equipment
VOC Filter Equipment are gas-phase filtration types of equipment and systems designed to remove unwanted substances. Stream Peak offers this equipment in 5 different models:
Alphachem SF Drum Scrubbers
The Alphachem SF Drum Scrubbers is a deep-bed filtration polypropylene-made system widely used for deodorisation in water treatment, waste, and food industry operations. This system incorporates several beds with the most suitable VOC adsorbents, depending on the product’s characteristics being treated. Other compact systems of activated charcoal or biofiltration provides several advantages:
- Variations in airflow, relative humidity, and temperature do not affect filtration performance.
- Irrigation of the media is not needed
- Pollutants removal efficiency close to 100%
Alphachem SF units are made to be placed outdoors and work with natural ventilation (passive configurations) or forced (including fan) ventilation.
Alphachem SFM Air Filtration Systems
The Alphachem SFM Air Filtration Systems are modular filtration systems with built-in aluminium and steel, widely used to remove corrosive gases affecting control electronics. Alphachem SFM units incorporate modules (cassettes) of AP12 or AP18 absorbents, chemical adsorption media, and particulate filters. These units are applicable in natural ventilation (passive configuration) or forced ventilation (incorporated stage fan) and are used for deodorisation or other gas-phase filtration applications.
Alphachem SPV Pressurisation Units
The Alphachem SPV Pressurisation Unit features an SVertical pressurisation system and a built-in painted double-walled galvanised steel. They are making it widely used to control corrosivity in electrical rooms. SPV units provide pressurisation and recirculation air, which can regulate the relationship between the two using a servo-controlled gate. The unit also incorporates models (cassettes) of AP12 adsorbents, chemical adsorption media, variable-speed fan motors, and particulate filters.
Alphachem PBS Air Filtration Systems
The Alphachem PBS Filtration System features a deep bed scrubber and built-in stainless steel while incorporating bulk VOC media and particulate filters. These features make the equipment widely used to remove corrosive gases that affect control electronics and deodorization or other gas-phase filtration applications. Options include a Redundant blower, ATEX, additional particulate filters, and mist eliminator.

- Suitable for high flow rates and low to moderate concentrations of contaminants
- Options: electronically switched fan, touch screen control, pressure gauges, additional particulate filters, mist eliminator
