Two-way relief valves are available in settings ranging from 0.5 psid to 3 psid reseal pressure release pressure and vacuum during transit and storage. With separate and distinct pressure and vacuum relief settings, the valves can be used for transit and storage containers and electronic and electro-optics equipment.

Attach a desiccant cartridge to the valves for adsorbing moisture during the airflow. The relief valves are tampered-proof and do not require any field maintenance. Most models also have a manual release push button to equalise pressure or vacuum differentials to open the container or equipment.

  • Specially designed for both transit and storage containers and electronic and electro-optic equipment
  • Tamper-proof and no maintenance needed
  • 0.5 psid – 3.0 psid reseal pressure
  • A highly absorbent desiccant removes moisture from the air that enters the container or storage.
  • Easy to install and use

1/2” 20 UNF Thread

Made from anodised aluminium, the valve protects enclosures from internal and external pressure imbalance. It also has a weather shield for added protection and can be supplied with R.F. Screening Continuity.

Thread: 1/2” 20 UNF

The valve with 0.5 psid – 3 psid reseal pressure comes with a highly absorbent desiccant that removes moisture from the air that enters the container or storage. It can be used for transit and storage containers and electronic and electro-optic equipment. The valve is tamper-proof, with minimal maintenance required.

M30 Thread Pressure Relief Valve

Protect enclosures from internal and external pressure imbalance; the valve is made from a polycarbonate and stainless steel mixture requiring a 30.5mm diameter hole and a manual override button for safe equipment opening.

M25 Thread Stainless Steel Relief Valvet

The valve can be used with a desiccator to help an M20 Internal thread on the rear; it comes with a key slot on the front and a Diamond Kurl cut body to help fit.

M14 Thread Double Differential Relief Valve

Made from Anodised Aluminium, the valve protects enclosures from internal and external pressure imbalance. The weather shield provides additional protection and can be supplied with R.F. Screening Continuity whenever required.

Two-Way Pressure Relief Valve – 3.4” – 12 U.N.

Made from Anodised Aluminium, the valve protects enclosures from internal and external pressure imbalance. It also has a square drive to be torqued to 60lb.

0.75 x 16 UNF Double Differential Relief Valve

The weather shield valve can be used on transit cases and similar applications up to 4 cubic feet in volume. Made from corrosion-resistant materials and silicone rubber, the valve requires minimal field maintenance.

Each valve has a nut and o-ring to cater to small applications. The valve has separate pressure settings, and vacuum relief has a conversion-coated housing to allow a conductive o-ring for minimal RFI shielding.

Panel Mounting Double Differential Relief Valve

The low-cost valve is for transit cases and similar applications up to 4 cubic feet in volume. It has a flow rate of 0.5 scfm at a pressure of 1.5 psi to 2.0 psi above the value set with separate and distinct pressure and vacuum relief settings.

The breather valve is made from corrosion-resistant materials and requires minimal field maintenance. Its valve seal is made of silicone rubber, and each valve is supplied with a nut and o-ring. A manual release push button can equalise pressure or vacuum differentials to open the container.

Unthreaded FDA-Approved Two-Way Relief Valve

FDA Approved, the valve can be used in medical and food devices, such as releasing steam build-up in cookers or equalising pressure in medical storage containers.

2.00-18 UNS Thread Double Differential Relief Valve

Consisting of a separate and distinct setting for pressure and vacuum relief, the valve has a flow rate of 10.0 to 25.0 scfm at 1.5 psi above the valve setting standard settings range from 0.5 psid to 5.0 psid reseal pressure.

Suitable for large containers and similar applications up to 208 cubic feet in volume. The valve has a manual release push button and is available in “Cracking” and “Reseal”.

1.00-20 UNEF Thread Double Differential Relief Valve

Available in settings ranging from 0.5 to 5.0 psi for transit cases or similar applications up to 33 cubic feet in volume, the breather valve has a flow rate of 4.0 scfm. The valve is lightweight, rugged, and tamper-proof and requires minimal maintenance.

Made from corrosion-resistant materials and a silicone rubber seal, it has a manual release push-button to equalise residual pressure or vacuum differentials to open the container.

3/4 “ Thread Double Differential Relief Valve

Consisting of different pressure and vacuum relief settings with a flow rate ranging from 1.5 to 4.0 scfm at 1.5 psi above the valve reseal setting, the valve is suitable for containers and similar applications up to 33 cubic feet in volume. Made with corrosion-resistant material throughout and silicone rubber for the valve seal, the spherical valve seat is Teflon coated for easy “break-away” action even after prolonged storage.

This valve is also tamper-proof and requires minimal field maintenance. The valve also comes with a  manual release push button, which is used to equalise the pressure or vacuum differentials for easy opening. The button is recessed in the cover to protect it from damage and reduce the possibility that an adjacent container might push the button and inadvertently cause the valve to remain open. One unique feature about the button is that it has a light-duty spring under the cover, separating the button from the vacuum stem, which must be overcome before it opens the valve.

The valve is also available in “Cracking” or “Reseal”. Cracking valves have a flow rate of 1.5 psi above the cracking pressure, and reseal valves have a flow rate of 1.5 psi above the reseal pressure. A gasket, washer and hex nut are provided with each valve. The weldable nut is available as a threaded boss, or the valve may be used with our mounting Flanges. RFI/ EMI shielding is also available.

*Cracking Pressure: Pressure at which the valve has opened enough to flow one cubic centimetre per minute. Reseal Pressure: Pressure at which the valve is guaranteed to close after it has cracked open.
