Volatile corrosion inhibitor liquids that protect metal parts exposed to outdoor environments. The liquids create a protective barrier on metal surfaces, effectively preventing the formation of rust and corrosion. This barrier protects metal parts against moisture, salt, humidity, and other corrosive elements encountered outdoors.

Prevent Rust and Corrosion

The VCI Liquids provide extended protection, even in challenging outdoor environments. This ensures that metal parts remain corrosion-free for extended periods, reducing the need for frequent maintenance and replacement.

The anti-rust solution is suitable for a wide range of metals, including steel, iron, aluminium, brass, copper, and more. They can be applied to various outdoor equipment and structures, such as machinery, tools, pipelines, outdoor furniture, fences, and metal structures, ensuring comprehensive protection.

Apply by spraying or brushing the liquid onto the metal surfaces, ensuring complete coverage. The liquid quickly evaporates, leaving behind a micro-thin layer of corrosion inhibitors that adhere to the metal, providing long-lasting protection.

VCI liquid (3100)

The liquid can be handled after 3-6 hours and set up within 12-24 hours. It can be removed using solvent-based thinners, vapour degreasing, or hot alkaline wash when required.

VCI liquid (5100)

Designed for outdoor corrosion protection, the liquid is ideal for general metal preservation, indoor or outdoor. It can be used with or without barrier covers during transit or storage. Apply it by dipping, spraying or brushing, handle it after 3-6 hours and set it up in 12-24 hours. To remove the coating, use a solvent or alkaline cleaner.

  • Protection Time: 1-3 years unprotected outdoor storage; 3-5 years protected outdoor storage
  • Appearance: Dries as a black, dry, firm film

  • Approvals: Manufactured to Mil-PRF-16173E, Grade 1, Class 1
VCI liquid (5200)

The liquid protects exposed and unpainted metal parts from rusting and corrosion. When applied, the brown, grease-like film dries as a semi-firm coating in 12-24 hours, providing protection that lasts for 3-6 months on equipment stored outdoors and up to 5 years when kept indoors. The liquid is ideally used for machinery, instruments, bearing and steel parts. To remove the coating, use a solvent or alkaline or emulsion cleaner.

  • Protection Time: 3-6 months outdoors, up to 5 years indoors
  • Appearance: Dries as a semi-firm coating
  • Metal Protection: Steel, compatible with non-ferrous metals
  • Also available in convenient 11 oz. aerosol spray
VCI liquid (5300)

The Nox-Rust 5300 displaces water and saline solutions to keep metal surfaces inside closed systems free from corrosion. Completely miscible with lubricating oils. Apply the fluid by dipping, spraying or brushing. After application, it dries as an oily film that can be handled after 3-6 hours.

  • Protection Time: Up to 12 months
  • Appearance: Brown, oily film
  • Metal Protection: Steel, compatible with non-ferrous metals
  • Also available in convenient 11 oz. aerosol spray
