To address this issue, the Humi Dryer Strip, a container desiccant manufactured in Singapore, offers an effective solution. This desiccant is designed in segmented joint bags and can absorb water vapour up to 80% of its weight to protect products from moisture damage during transportation.
The desiccant container strip consists of non-toxic natural clay, serving as a dehumidifier and moisture absorber inside the container or packaging. The joint bags are made from Tyvek material, which is both food-grade and safe for use with commodities such as coffee beans, canned foods, flour, and rice.
