Nitrogen Enhanced Purging System 1900 Rack Mounted

NEPS1900 Rack Mounted is a self-contained nitrogen purging system for electronic, optical, high voltage, and laser equipment. It removes humidity and inhibits oxygen, maximising the dry gas purging process for optimal purging operations. The system also has a controlled and dispersed purge gas easily connected to the equipment’s inlet via a single pipe connection. The purge gas is isolated during depressurisation to ensure efficient purging.

Self Contained Nitrogen Purging System

Prominent liquid displays provide constant information and readouts during operation. Easily configure settings and view process control values, including dewpoint measurements in degrees Celsius or Fahrenheit and pressure in Kpa and psi. The dewpoint monitor displays the dryness of the gas before starting the purging operation.

The dewpoint stat feature lets users determine the equipment’s moisture amount before the production control purging procedure. Additionally, the remove dewpoint sensor option monitors the dewpoint dryness progress and automatically switches off and isolates the dry gas when the selected dewpoint is achieved.

Configurable Settings and Process Control Values

The system can be equipped with a data logger that monitors the dewpoint degradation time, allowing the calculation of the water vapour transmission rate (WVTR) and determining the water removal rate during the initial purging phase. It operates from global country voltages and frequencies ranging from 100 to 230 VAC at 50-60 Hz, with a 24VDC version also available.

The NEPS1900 Rack Mounted can be used for various applications such as optical instruments, image intensifiers, thermal imaging, underwater equipment, electronic housings, and surveillance instruments.
