  • How do I place an order with Stream Peak?
    You can email us.
  • Can I view samples of the product before purchasing?
    Yes, samples are available for viewing. For immediate assistance, you may call us.
    Alternatively you can request a sample viewing by emailing us.
  • Can I change/cancel my purchase?
    Yes, if your goods are not classified under special items.
    Please let us know at least 3 working days in advance of self-collection or delivery date.
    Please check with us whether your goods are special items.
  • When can I self-collect?
    The Self-Collection Time is from 10am – 12pm and 2pm – 4.30pm.
  • Where can I self-collect?
    You may collect your purchase from our warehouse.
  • Are there any delivery charges?
    Yes, there is a S$50 delivery charge. However, your delivery will be FREE if your purchase
    amount is above S$200.
    Alternatively you can self-collect during the Self-Collection Time.
  • When can I receive my goods?
    Please give us at least 2 working days from order date. The lead time is subjected to
    availability of goods and the amount of orders we are handling at the time.
  • Which days does Stream Peak deliver?
    Every working day to all regions of Singapore.
    To prevent your delivery from being delayed,
    please help us by arranging delivery access to your premises.
  • Can I request for a delivery time?
    Yes, you may select either a morning or afternoon delivery. We deliver from 9am – 5pm.
    If you have a specific time range, we cannot promise but we will try our very best to keep to it.
  • What happens if I need to place an urgent order?
    For self-collection (available stock), you may order and collect on the same day during our Self-Collection Time.
    Please give us 2 – 3 hours to process your order.
    For next working day delivery (available stock), please place your order before 4pm.
    Orders received after 4pm will be delivered 2 working days later.
    For unavailable stock, we will try our very best to fulfil your request.
